Experiential Workshop

New workshop announcement!

Create For Your Life
Is the workshop where you don't just discover your potential; you bring it to Life
‍
Do you feel stuck in your creative journey?
‍
You're an artist. You're a writer. You're the creator of your life.

Creating is the process of vulnerability, a willingness to take risks, and to be seen. In my therapy work, I support artists to feel unstuck in their lives and creative journey.

After the workshop, you'll leave with a renewed sense of joy in the creative process and know you already have the qualities to succeed as a creator.

"Yi-Jia created something I rarely see in workplace training — a room full of people who actually wanted to stay longer. The workshop was moving, grounding, and left our team with a shared language we didn't have before."
